  If I could give this bank zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service and make you go into a branch for everything from updating your phone number to getting your full account number. Their non-Huntington ATM fee is $10.50- enough said. That in and of itself is the only reason you need to never open an account at Huntington.

  I deposited two checks and they cleared on the 12th and Huntington thought that was enough of a reason to cancel my account with no notice and they couldn't care less. I am a disabled vet and they STOLE my last bit of money and took away my bank. Bad form very bad form. I have the proof that they took the money but they deny it and told me computers cannot glitch and to f### off. Update talk to Dave Mckenliegh, Mathew and his supervisor and actually one helpful person who claimed that banks have the right to violate constitutional right and steal whatever they want without notification. They can also open any account in ur name without notice. Mathew and his supervisor suggested i go down there myself and they closed their lobby. They are nothing but thieves but it don't matter they claimed I was an imposition and admitted their mistakes and lies but told.theu dont record.certain convos. I wonder hown tho? Couldn't even cash a personal check claimed they didn't help that much. Lol they said they only have 9k on hand.pis poor all around

  To be honest it’s a decent bank. The establishment itself is very nice however I’ve never seen more than 3 people working but the security guy outside seems to work a little harder than things insides. It just seems like things take forever here even with the new upgrades.

  The atm outside is more helpful than the people inside. Literally paid to just sit in the back and then tell you there’s nothing they can do. It’s pretty sad

  I will forever miss TCF but as these are the cards I’ve been dealt I’ll be honest. Get yourself another account at a different banking institution and only transfer money into your Huntington account. I’ve never been to a bank where you get treated like your a criminal the whole time but they definitely know how to make it so you feel like Jessie James trying to cash a check. I don’t blame any of the people there, just the run of the mill banking policies meant to hurt those of us the bank deems peasants. If you only plan on having a savings account or doing the transfer method I highly recommended them. Outside of that open an account at Ent.
