I bought one of the used bikes in the fall (after they recommended that to me) and haven’t even put 1k miles on it. My chainstay has a crack in it and I didn’t even getting the start of the road season. Disappointed that they guided me into the direction of the bike that they did if it was going to break in so little time. I will not be going back. It seems like they don’t always know what’s best for the rider coming in.

I had a blowout somewhere near the Grove, so luckily I could walk the bike back and get a new tube. Guys in the shop are friendly and got me in and out the door in about 15min. I didn't lose much time in my commute and found a new hidden gem bike repair and supply spot. ***This shop is a great asset to cyclists who use the 4th street bike route which ends right there on Cochran.

Nice guys. They turn flat tires in 10 minutes for $20. Even tossed in brake adjustment on the house. Thanks!

My group and I just rented bikes from Urban Adventours for the weekend, and couldn't be happier about our experience! Everyone who works there is very courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable about bikes. They gave us a map of Boston with bike trails, adjusted all of our seats, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before sending us off on our way. In addition to the great service, the bikes themselves were fantastic. So light, smooth, and easy to handle. If you ever need to rent a bike in Boston, go to Urban AdvenTours!

I have tried quite few Area bike shops. This one has proved many times to be the best. Definitely most convenient bike repair shop I have used. They are very close to my work, they operate good hours so they are often open when I need to pop in. They are always on the ball, call me back, they even call me after to check everything worked out long term (I have never head that kind of care/service), They have made some great improvements to my bike with recommended tires, hubs etc. Their prices seem fair. Always reliable/honest work. I would definitely recommend you get you commuter bike repaired here.
