Very nice and friendly. Charles took me for a tour and explained the details of all the bikes although he knew I wasn't going to buy a bike and was just trying to get an idea. Super helpful. thank you for your time. I will be coming soon to buy 2 sets of tires from them. They have great product range which includes luxurious and high end carbon fiber bikes. Highly recommended.

I recommend Crimson Bikes. I live in New Orleans and order parts from them...here is one email shared: "Thank you Charles. The seat post worked great. Thank you for the special price too and for the this previous email. The bike is a 1984 Schwinn Super sport, which I have not only use for regular training but triathlons too. Together with your seat post, over the years I replaced certain parts to make the bicycle feel like brand new. I certainly will recommend your business for your superb customer service and personal attention." Personal customer service is full filling and rewarding, I found it in Crimson bikes.

Brought my bike in for a spring tuneup. Super nice, knowledgeable staff. Had it back on time and reasonably priced. Iā€™d definitely go back and highly recommend.

These people know bikes and were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is the basement location which requires some effort to bring the bike down and back up though they do provide a kind of wheel ramp for the bike. I thought their labor/pricing was fair and less than some other local shops.
