In my opinion, one of the coolest places in Minneapolis. Some really cool and retro arcade games that are very cheap to play. Drinks were not a bad price either. A Sunday special was 80 tokens for arcade games and a six pack of tall boys for $25!!! I'll most definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I've liked UpDown since they opened. It's a fantastic concept. Great tap list, and fairly priced drinks. The pizza they serve over the counter is surprisingly delicious for the price. It certainly adds to the overall atmosphere. Just be prepared for the crowds over the weekend. Shoulder to shoulder.

Love the idea of this place. Roof top is super cool. They even have 90's movies and shows running in the back. They also have my favorite game Paperboy! Huge drink selection and reasonable prices. Now the downsides. Packed toes to nose on the weekends which is cool if you're looking to meet new people but sad if you want to play popular machines. I also wish they had a vegan option for pizza at the counter. I would also really like tickets and a crappy prize counter I could turn in my tickets for. Just saying...it's an awesome place though!

I did my birthday here. It's old school video games. My favorite is still Mario. They have a huge bar and two patio areas. It's usual crowded. And you must be 21 to enter. All the machines takes 1 coin to play... you can get 20 coins for $5 I believe. I actually prefer to go with just a couple of people because you get so engross in playing that you may forget others. Its a really cool place to hangout.

Always a fun spot. Staff are always friendly and there are more arcade cabinets than you can shake a stick at. The patio is one of my favorite summertime spots with fun games and a great atmosphere. Wide variety of local brews as well as a great bar. Pizza is pretty great too! I don't know what more you could ask for!
