::I’ve consistently had great customer service when stopping in to this particular location. Friendly and relaxed workers and short wait times - even at lunchtime when you’d expect them to be jammed. Every time I know I’ll have to actually go into a post office I dread it after having so many bad experiences with outright rude customer service, but I’ve never left this location irate and I think that’s worth a five star review, if ever one was deserved. (Oh, and since I like to call out particularly good customer service by name (but never seem to remember to get names..) Shout out to Clerk #30 for my last experience on 5/24. Thank you for your patience and your help with my nonsense shipping questions!)

::We filed a change of address card over a month ago, and I still have to pick up my mail because it is not being forwarded. Explanation from the supervisor – "your route doesn't have a regular delivery person". Why is the supervisor not holding employees responsible to deliver the mail?

::As of April 2018, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR A PASSPORT UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. They say that they take walk-ins, but even if you get there before the passport office opens at 10:30, all you can do is sign a clip-board, be made to wait STANDING IN LINE (the seats are reserved for people who made an appointment, for some reason), and only be seen if someone else doesn't show up for their appointment. The website should very obviously say "by appointment only," since every day for about three weeks out is booked solid. It's really too bad, too, because the rest of the staff is extremely helpful and polite. As a normal post office, this is a good one.

::I needed to mail a package during the height of the holiday season. I received a lot of help finding the best option, box, and shipping method for my package. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful and I was in and out exceptionally quickly.

::Not a bad post office, sometimes there's a long line and only one person working the counter, other times I'll get to the front pretty quickly.
