  Dear Post Office, I have taken the time while you have me on hold to write you this review. Our mail carrier took the time out of his day to walk past our mailbox and cursed at some of my office staff because the front door lock in the afternoon. Very extreme language for a locked door. When escorted him out of the building. I asked that he never come back in again, he stated "You can't get rid of me." I feel like a true statement. You send him tomorrow and every day after even though my office staff is scared of their carrier. I love the Post office and the services that they provide but as a former carrier it pains me to say I would choose to never get mail again over having him come back. He gives the Post Office a bad name and if customer service was your goal you would bet better staff. Regretfully, Ron Burns Former USPS Carrier and Customer.

  I often mail packages at this post office. The staff are very nice. There is rarely a line, unless there is a holiday. I often have the easiest Post Office transactions here.

  Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. Methinks people just have unreasonable expectations. I've been using this post office for years, never had any issues. In fact, I've found the workers to be very courteous and helpful. I've also lived at two separate addresses in the neighborhood and both of our mail carriers were excellent. Stop being such complainers people.

  I can’t give 0 stars and that is the only reason they get 1. Requested mail forwarding temporarily and never received any mail for 2 months. The mail person continued to deliver mail to the address. I’ve received 3-4 handfuls of mail in 5 months. Important documents, checks, letters, bills, etc have been lost/stolen/not cared about. Alex the manager said she would take care of it and speak to the delivery person....still nothing. Oh not to mention, I was forced to resubmit a change of address, permanent this time bc I couldn’t rely on the temporary service. I have received less than 10 pieces of mail in the last month, but the one letter with financial information was open. USPS service has a bad reputation, but this office in particular may be the worst. And I never leave bad reviews for anybody...

  I have been bringing my packages to these guys for almost two years and never had an issue. The staff is truly nice and patient. I have seen them handle complaints in a professional manner. Really the best post office I’ve been to. Thank you guys for caring for my (numerous) packages on a daily basis
