::The facility was clean. The staffs were welcoming and smiling. You can skip the queue/ wait line by visiting the self service for shipping your packages or if you have a prepaid label. It is in Kings Row Shopping Center. Parking may be limited based on the time you hit the USPS.

::Associate Jess D helped me before I even joined the line. After being called from the line Ty was also very courteous and polite. Never had this type of services from any USPS office I have ever been to.

::Driver didn't even knock; just left a note about a missed package delivery. On the note it simply had today's date and "will be at post office"; nothing about which post office (I have NEVER been to the post office in the three years I've been here) or when we could go pick it up. Had to fight with the 1-800 number before ditching that and rescheduling a delivery on usps.com. When I finally found out that this was the location responsible for delivering my package and I called the number the customer service was the absolute worst. "If he left you that note today you can pick it up tomorrow." No care about the fact the guy didn't knock at all and the timestamp online was minutes after I checked the door. I guess you have to be up at the crack of dawn and wait on your porch to get anything from these guys. Shame on them. If you're going to work in customer service have a little damn empathy. It's part of your job.

::Me. Phillip made me feel humiliated after I got there I was the last person before they closed. I had never sent boxes before this was my first time and I came in with open boxes. He was being a jerk and sarcastic. Asking me “ Are you done with that?, What are you doing?” I said yes, then he said “Why is it open then?!” “Go close it, get tape” And He was just staring at me! I had never ever had any body in a post office be that rude! It would of been faster to just help me instead of being a jerk. Thankfully Mrs. Diane was so nice to explain to me how to do things it took us like 3 mins to get out of there. Next time I know how to do things thanks to her! Screw Phillip though he ruined my day.

::I’ve always had good experience at this post office. The staff is friendly and all my packages get to where they need to go. This place is clean but I’m a ran down shopping plaza. There’s usually no wait and if there’s a line they always seem to get another employee to help. If I have labels already made I can drop them at the end without waiting in a line which I love. I would recommend this location.
