::So I waited 45 minutes for two people to search for my package. I got a pink slip stating that I could pick my package up then I get to the post office not one but two supervisors go look for it and states it wasn’t on the shelve and they don’t know where it is. The. An hour later they call and my package was at the post office the whole time. Someone needs to be organized because you wasting people time.

::Tom and Brian were amazing! I went today to do my passport and they made the process super easy. Amazing costumer service, Brian greet me as soon as I walked in and show me where I need to go for my appointment. Tom helped me and he was amazing, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend to go to this postal service location and we need more employees like them around our local postal service.

::They do not deliver letters or packages to the address if the name is not in the mailbox. what law says that? I realize that my family has lost a package because they simply do not deliver it. Your job is to deliver the mail to the address no matter the name. Same situation with my friend.

::I refuse to go to my closest post office. I always go to the one in Brandon. I love the employees. They're always so nice and helpful with everything. I go here about 4 times a week to mail packages for my business. I always bring my son and everyone loves seeing him and interacting with him while we're there. It's the employees that make the place run amazing. A lot better than the other post offices I've tried. Thank you for everything that you do.

::They offer some services that are not posted like money orders. It’s convenient that they have cards available to purchase too. This location processes passports as well. The lady that helped me was very nice and very informative. Her supervisor was rude and assumed everyone knows their processes and services.
