The staff seems very helpful. The only downside that I can see is that there is definitely not enough staff to control the large volume of ppl waiting. Even though the service was great, I was in line for a half hour. That's far too long to pick up 1 package. Seriously. Hire more ppl usps.

Never answers the phone terrible system, takes over a day to deliver a package that’s 4 MINUTES down the road

This automated service SUCKS it doesnt recognize the voice commands. A Live human should be able to respond to your specific questions more efficiently. USPS services are decidedly defficent because of this. My question to the public and USPS is this How can the postman arrive at your house with a package and then say Im sorry this package cant be delivered because there is a issue with the address. But you are at the address. I dont understand.

Compared to other USPS facilities this one is a gem. I think they should have more counter staff available and a human that answers the phone hence 4 stara instead of 5. However its really not as difficult as the other whiners make it seem. The customer service clerk (Angel) was very friendly and helpful when checking to see if my package had.gone out on the truck for the day. Not the usual impatient "why are you wasting my time" attitude I would expect.

Make sure you physically watch your packages being scanned in. Ive dropped off numerous packages and trusted them to scan them in when they had a chance. In the last week, two of my packages had gone without being scanned it and haven’t moved. Which leads me to believe that one of the workers have taken them ( so sad to think that!) but the post office never answers their phone and I have no proof of it ever being in their hands because it was never scanned it. Just because there are hundreds of packages doesn’t mean taking one will go unnoticed.
