  abusivo lo que le hicieron a mi abuelita de 82 anos algien tiene que hacer algo en se correo yo le saque la cita para hacerce el pasaporte y la persona que la atendio le dijo que nadie podia ayudarla para hacer la planilla que ella le dio entonses una senora que hablaba inglish intento ayudarla a llenar dicho papel la funcionaria del correo en una forma descompuesta le grito y le dijo que no . cuando mi abuela llego al mostrador nuevamente con la planilla echa y en un esto de nervios ella le dijo quien la mando a firmar le rompio la planilla que tanto trabajo paso para hacerla y le dio otra nueva mi abuela en un mar de llanto rompio la planilla y le dijo a la funcionaria gracias por nada y salio del correo . otra senora que estaba alli salio corriendo y le dijo a mi abuela senora no venga aqui en este correo tratan mal a las personas ell dio una direccion y mi abuela afuera esperando el tramporte que la viniera a recojer . no es primera vez que esto veo que ocurre en ese correo esta gente hasta un viejo cubano que esta alli tratan a l publico como si fueramos animales

  Muy mala atención nunca te atienden las llamadas ponen cartas que no son de uno en el PO BOX hice una reclamación a y no de sus empleados y me trató como que mo le importaba muy mala atención al cliente

  I was home all day. He\She never showed up and no note was left. Yet I revieved a text for attempted delivery, note left.

  Just received back over 200 postcards that were not delivery due to a new machine. This machine puts a sticker on top of the mailing address and as result all my postcards are return and all my money loose, including more than 20 international postcard labels ($1.10 each) When I ask the supervisor, Ms Terry (she didn’t give me her last name) she told me that there’s nothing she can do and my money is lost! She show no respect, no patient to work with me and I was told to leave the office! I lost over $300 dollars of mailing labels and merchandise, plus the time expend on preparing these postcards. Maybe some respect and understanding would have change my experience, but besides the monetary lost, I was also treated with lack or respect and none solutions!

  They have not picked up the Phone and they certainly have not delivered my package. Even my post office called me in regards to my missing package. But this location is actually the one that has it. I havent gotten a single call and its 2 day shipping. Oh the fun part is apparantly that after 5 days they send it back and its been 4 days since the delivery date. I have to drive there now to hopefully all the universes aligned they have the package there
