I am giving one star because the postal office's manager was the only one willing to help us. Two staff members were very rude and weren't very helpful. They sold us an envelope that was supposed to be accepted by my country consulate and it was the wrong one. When we returned to the office to complain about, they didn't want to return the money. We finally were able to recover the money in stamps and because someone else bought one of the wrong envelops.

Very unprofessional staff that works at this location. Given it is a Government building, it is expected for them to be a unorganized establishment. I just wish that there could be something done about how they train people. These guys ignore most phone calls as well. I called 3 of their numbers to this location at least 50 times within an hour, so i decided to drive up to the location and call while I was in the building to see what they would do, and as expected they just ignored all the numbers i called. This place needs a new staff immediately.

It does sell the stamps, but only one style could choose for 45 cent forever. I don’t know why so many people give such low rating; for me, the service is good. Though it needs some time for waiting, it’s not too long, and the employees will ask what you need to save your time.

Excellent service in the distant past, but a disaster now. The place is dirty, there is trash everywhere, employees have very little interest in being polite, quick, or helpful, and service is slow and poor. Local supervisors need to be supervised by the Central Post Office and the bad apples replaced by polite, hard working and conscious employees. If not, this is THE END of the Valencia Post Office.
