Very stressful place to rely on. It feels very Kafka-es.

Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood post office. I have never had any issues with the office;however, the wait time is unheard of. There is no sense of urgency nor is there any concern for the amount of people waiting. There are no lobby attendants or staff expediters to assist with the wait. I appreciate the service when I do get it; but you wait at least a half hour. Dwight is friendly and always a pleasure everyone else seems to be entitled and slow. There is a major professionalism issue at play and corporate office / human resource should attend to this. I have worked in a bank, an industry that has a similar service, but we made sure we attended to our waiting customers.

absolutely and completely awful service. there are constantly extremely long lines because there are only a few working staff and they are very slow. people working there are disrespectful, rude, and overall unhelpful. NEVER go here unless you absolutely have to.

The supervisor should be fired immediately. Brings such a bad name to the great institution of the American postal service of the yesteryear. You would be lucky if someone ever picks up a phone. The two stars are averaged for the most diligent postal workers: Tania, Dwight, and Dave.

Worst experience! Don't expect help from supposed manager A FIELDS. He is horrible doesn't address complaints. I was sending a package with a return label and I asked if he could tape the bag since my taping is not always secure. He looked at the label then said oh for this label it's a courtesy for me to put tape and I don't have much. Are you kidding me it's a post office you can't get another tape. Then I bought a tape and he still wouldn't do it. So I did it then told him this is extremely unprofessional. He didn't even want to hear it, ignored me and since it's USPS can't Even complain.
