  friendly service, sometimes waits can be a bit long, but not terrible. don't rent a PO Box here, as mail delivery to PO Boxes can be delayed for days, and sometimes weeks

  Terrible customer service. The employees are rude/grumpy and the experience was unpleasant. Additionally, they never delivered a package I sent or a card with money in it.

  I found the woman at the desk to be friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to explain prices and tracking numbers to me. Actually enjoyed the experience!

  The waits are usually long here, and the two women who usually work the counter are not the friendliest--but not the rudest either. By comparison, Friendship Station in Tenleytown is far, far worse, with tellers who are aggressively rude as opposed to passive-aggressive, so this colors my review of Calvert Station. All relative.
