  I have to admit that I come here often. I’ve not once had an issue. They are always very helpful. They are open during the week. Short work week and short hours. But it’s conveniently situated. Speedy service. The post office and their workers are efficient.

  My international package has been stuck here for 2 weeks. Since it's such a common problem with this location I hope they shut down or get a new set of trustworthy employees.

  They’ve been holding onto my package for a week and tracking just says it’s on its way. I can’t send anyone a direct email they’re making me pick from a list of questions instead of letting me send a message it’s very indirect and I had to follow so many steps online and wasted an hour of my time getting nowhere inquiring about my property that they still haven’t sent yet

  By far the worst usps !! I usually drop my packages at Santa fee usps no issue with scanning but when it comes to Willowbrook usps my God! Takes days for them to scanned or even better they lose you packages , have a few packages lost here claiming they didn't receive anything ....

  I ordered a package international. It took less than a week to get to the US and through customs and arrived here. But once it departed this particular post office, it took exactly one week before I saw anymore movement. Suddenly, without warning its at my local post office ready to be delivered. When I tried to call to ask about it, they straight up hung up or didn't answer the phone. Hope I don't have to deal with them again.
