  In the last 25 years I been buying cars at UNITED NISSAN. I HAD ABOUT 35 CARS FOR MY FAMILY AND MYSELF. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. NICK VOSS the G.M. is THE BEST.

  I have never been to a place where the people are so helpful. They go all out to find a vehicle that is right for you cuz that's what they did for me today. The salesman and I went and checked all over two different Lots looking for my vehicle. He was right there with me trying to find a vehicle is right for me. I've never been to a place it's done that. Make sure I got the car I love the vehicle I have I never thought I'd have something so nice and for the price I thank you all at that at that establishment I really do my name is Jim Matthews that's Matthews with one t

  I made an appointment last week to get my front brakes done. I dropped my car off at 6:30am the day of the appointment. There was one person in front me. I placed my key in the box and left to go to work. They did not contact me until 1pm and my appointment was scheduled for 9am. The appointment was for front brakes. They called to tell me that I needed front and back brakes. I already knew that I needed front brakes that was the purpose of the appointment. I said that is fine to go ahead and do the back brakes. I went to pick my car up at 5:45pm and they told me that it would be an hour before it was ready because they got a late start. How? Its been there since 6:30am. I left Nissan at 5 minutes to 7pm. Please tell me how it takes 12 and a half hours to do front and back brakes with an appointment. No apologies just here is the amount you owe, here is your car and have a good night. I will never return to that store.

  If you're looking for a low rate on rental vehicles,United Nissan is the place to go. I have rented at other places and always encounter issues,but when I came to United they greeted me immediately. I used their rental department while my vehicle was in the service department (who has the friendliest employees) and was informed I could also rent from them even when my vehicle is not being serviced. I will definitely be returning to this location. thanks to the amazing staff!
