  My sister purchased a vehicle at United Nissan and after telling me about her experience I went in to United Nissan just to see the vehicles they had. I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle but after seeing and tear driving the 2015 sentra I decided to make the purchase. It was a decision I took immediately after seeing how I was being treated and how great the vehicle drove. I'm very happy I made this purchase and will definitely return for future purchased.

  Everyone was very helpful during the process, this included Jay, Steve and Ashley. Their knowledge made it easier for us. We've purchased many vehicles before and never had a smother transaction. It was nice to have the extension of hands since we were new people here especially for us moving from Michigan to Nevada. If we buy another vehicle we will definitely return because there is no need to go anywhere else. Our 2017 versa is the perfect vehicle for our needs. Thank you so much United Nissan for everything!

  Edit: To update my original review, Paul reached out to me to bring my car back in and offered a rental vehicle. It took a few short days to fix the issues. So far, so good. Thank you, Paul. You the man! ---------------------- You've lost a very loyal customer. My car was held on to for a total of 7 weeks and it's still having issues. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that I've paid thousands of dollars for the issues to not be remedied. The cherry on top was to be told after having my car for 4 weeks to bring it back. Not even a week goes by and I get a call from a sales rep asking if I wanted to trade my car in and buy another Nissan from them! I see what you did there. What a scam!

  I own a Nissan car and bring my vehicle here for oil changes and maintance. They have a nice waiting area that has a little coffee shop that sells good enough snacks. They always get my oil changed in a timely manner and I've never had an issue so far with this location. My car has been running well for the past two years that I've owned it. If your car is required to be there for a day they have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in town and can pick you up when your car is ready. I needed maintance done on my car and they kept the car all day. I'm removing a star because they forgot to give me my free car wash. For what I paid I felt I did deserve the car wash. I do recommend this place.
