  Kelsey from Unbridaled contacted me directly after she found out I had an issue with my dress order. She was able to assist me and went out of her way to make sure I was being taken care of by providing me with various options to resolve the issue. Her genuine assistance was amazing!   I don't usually post reviews, however after such a wonderful experience I wanted to share. I was feeling overwhelmed before I walked in to the store but immediately felt at ease after meeting my stylist - Kelly. She was such a pleasure to work with. Kelly was amazing, she was patient, kind, helpful, laid back and insightful. Just 30 minutes into the appointment, I felt like she knew what I was looking for and was pulling dresses that I loved. She really listened to what I liked/didn't like and really helped me enjoy the whole experience. I will definitely be back to finalize my decision. Highly recommend!!

  Visited for the first time today, it was very easy to find and offered a front row parking spot. Lauren helped me try on wedding gowns, she listened to what I was looking for, offered options but was not pushy at all, she was a pleasure to work with. I was the only appointment in the store so it was very private. The store is so beautiful, simple, uncluttered and modern, definitely a way better experience that the other bridal salons I have visited. I think I found my dress today!
