  I called the store and gave them specific details of the product that I was looking for. I was placed on hold while they went to check and see if they had the product, they then stated that they had what I was looking for. I headed over to the store only to find out that they in fact did not have what I needed. Clearly, the staff is under trained and completely clueless to their products. I will not be coming to this location due to them wasting my time.

  I have been shopping regularly at this Ulta for years. There have been times in the past when customer service was slow, or uninformed, but lately ( Fall 2017) they have upgraded their staff, and the service has been excellent. I am greeted as I walk in, and every single SA asks if I need anything. One SA dug through their "cage" in storage to find a sample bottle of a fragrance for me. In my experience, the SAs will spend lots of time and comb through the store to help me find a product that meets my needs. I have been on a California rewards program (I 'm from CA) that transferred easily to AZ, so, instead of getting coupons in the mail, I acquire points with each purchase that give me discounts. I have never had a problem getting any of the "deals" with this program. I am always given free random samples with purchases, and I enjoy the variety of brands offered by Ulta.
