  Went to a trial class today at 2pm. Front desk was friendly and check in was easy. However the instructor we had was just obnoxious and flat out rude at times. Yelling about proper form when it was never taught to begin with. He knew this was our first class. Never experienced such an unpleasant instructor and will never come back here.

  Small, out of the way, gym well stocked for those looking for fitness centered around fighting. The staff are friendly. A bit overpriced, however.
