  I started training with ed just over 4 years ago, and needless to say I’ll never train with anyone else. His workouts are fun, the community aspect is amazing and I’ve lost 20 pounds and actually kept it off!!

  Let me start off by being honest. I hate working out. I was never the gym type, only running and playing basketball through high school and college. Time's up, and college is now over. Que in Ed Miller. Ed's gym provides a fun, informative, and safe atmosphere for working out. From the personalized plans (aka detailed work outs), to his Saturday classes, it is always a blast to go. The next day is another story. I recommend Ed's to all, from the actual high school kid, to the person that wants to look (and feel!) like they're in high school once again.

  I love the Zone Strength and Fitness!! When I started with the Zone I was convinced that only a cardio heavy workout, specifically kick boxing, was the only thing that would get me the results I wanted. It wasn't long before the kickboxing was off my schedule and all my workouts were at Zone. I have never seen results like I have with the Zone and that's a hard thing to do at 43. Ed Miller is passionate and knowledgeable about fitness. My NEW fave workout is the Saturday morning Boot Camp - a fun, high energy, high impact workout! AMAZING!!!
