Doctor stated it was her way or the highway with medication that my Mother in law could not take yet she was insistent on prescribing.

Didn’t allow me to finish paperwork. Was prescribed contraindicated medications. When I had an emergency did not receive callback for over a day, was told call went to wrong place. Never again will I allow talking down to me as if I’m not an adult, “ baby” talk. Very cold and sterile throughout the process.

I’ve been going here for two years and UF Heath consistently amazes me at how low they set the bar. My first doctor was a resident, now Dr. Arthur Higgins. He graduated and left this location and no one told me or transferred me to a new doctor. When I called to schedule an appointment (because I was out of meds and they refused a temporary refill) they said “he doesn’t work here anymore” and never told me that he graduated. I finally got a new physician, Nurse Practitioner Tracy Ervin. Right now, I’m out of meds again and trying to get an appointment, but the soonest they can see me is next week, and they denied my temporary refill again! NP Ervin is trying to make me go from 200mg of Zoloft every night to nothing, just because she can’t see me until February 7th. Zoloft withdrawals are debilitating for me and I won’t be able to work or go to school if I’m off my medicine. The staff of Jax UF Health is rude, condescending; they say they’ll call back and never do. I highly doubt they actually care about their patients. I can’t wait to go somewhere else.

Staffing is very rude and racist called me the N word.. Staffing is mostly caucasian... Staffing is rude to patients and think they are not competent enough to recognize how they are mistreated. Worst place ever!!!!!
