::Completely appalled with not only their bad business tactics, but their customer service representatives are just as bad. I attempted to file a return for an item via phone call. I was informed from a CSR that my return information would be sent via email within 2-3 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went ahead and filed a ticket via their site to hopefully get a quicker response. Ask and you shall receive. Online Representative informed me my order was a "special release" item, in which they cannot be returned. Not only can I not check online since they removed the listing, but there is no record of said remark in my order confirmation email. Good job on losing a loyal customer of many years who defending your company about backdooring during releases.

::Definitely better then lapstone & hammer. (Bigger store and better shoes) I unlike a lot of reviews, had pretty good customer service. I understands that varies of course. All & all the best sneaker store in philly I’ve been to.

::I went in and I expected the customer service to be rude. Just like how they handle social media, especially on their twitter page, they had side comments about my shoes. I guess that is how these market work? I don't know. I didn't have a friendly experience at the store. also, they seem to bring several customers to the back... is that allowed? Anyways, never going to the store again.
