  Completely appalled with not only their bad business tactics, but their customer service representatives are just as bad. I attempted to file a return for an item via phone call. I was informed from a CSR that my return information would be sent via email within 2-3 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went ahead and filed a ticket via their site to hopefully get a quicker response. Ask and you shall receive. Online Representative informed me my order was a "special release" item, in which they cannot be returned. Not only can I not check online since they removed the listing, but there is no record of said remark in my order confirmation email. Good job on losing a loyal customer of many years who defending your company about backdooring during releases.

  Great boutique... Great kicks, fits, and deals..!! the store is beautiful, staff friendly,and knowledgeable.. must hit store in Philly....

  Trendy sneaker store that usually gets the exclusive drops. Great looking space and friendly staff!

  Definitely better then lapstone & hammer. (Bigger store and better shoes) I unlike a lot of reviews, had pretty good customer service. I understands that varies of course. All & all the best sneaker store in philly I’ve been to.

  I went in and I expected the customer service to be rude. Just like how they handle social media, especially on their twitter page, they had side comments about my shoes. I guess that is how these market work? I don't know. I didn't have a friendly experience at the store. also, they seem to bring several customers to the back... is that allowed? Anyways, never going to the store again.
