  The pricing was very competitive compared to other moving companies. Customer service was excellent, knew who they were speaking to automatically when you called in and answered all questions completely, really helpful when your so stressed out from the move itself. There's a little disconnect with the pickup and drop off locations and their customer service skills could be better, but it wasn't terrible. Be aware they don't know who you are like the customer service folks, not sure why they are not on the same system. The drivers were very nice and helpful. Overall would use Upack again.

  Horrible horrible. Payed a good amount of money only to have them arrive late and having to sleep on an air mattress for over a week waiting for my bed to arrive. Here’s to a miserable first week here. Thanks upack!

  Priced around and U-pack had the best price and service. No problems with the pick and drop off.

  I was recommended by a friend to use U-Pack service for my recent move from Arizona to California. I searched for similar services and compared quotes. U-Pack provides best service with the best price. A great experience in general.

  We used U-Pack because we didn't know how much space our goods were going to need. I considered the boxes, but they are still limited. We rented a trailer, packed it ourselves, which took longer than expected, and were able to delay pick-up without extra charge. I was able to track the trailer across country. The drivers are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
