As advertised. We packed our stuff into the trailer, they hauled it and stored it for a month. I unpacked it at the station into a moving truck. No fuss, the staff was friendly, and the drivers accommodating.

CALLED IN TO HAVE A PICK OF MILITARY FREIGHT AND THE LADY THERE WAS VERY VERY RUDE, WHEN SHE COULDN'T HEAR WHAT I SAID I REPEATED IT LOUDER THEN SHE SAID JESUS CHRIST, WELL I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE WHAT IF I HAD BEEN A PASTOR OR SOMETHING, SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS WAS AT THE PHOENIX, AZ TERMINAL, I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR

Just called. They do not even have the freight rates on hand. They give you another 1800 to call.

We used ABF freight (U-Pack) for our recent move from Arizona to New York. In the past, we've used PODS and UHaul and have had zero problems. With ABF freight, it was a completely different story. After calling to schedule with the local center, it took them about a week to pick the trailer up. I guess they never got the memo in the many times I called, so after the trailer wasn't picked up for quite a few days, I finally called U-Pack and they called the local facility on my behalf. When our trailer arrived, it seemed like someone took the trailer offroading. There was so much vibration that furniture tore through heavy duty moving blankets that were ratchet-strapped onto the furniture. Not sure what kind of force is required to accomplish this (this has never happened with PODS, for example), but all of our furniture was ruined. I would never trust ABF with our belongings again. Very disappointing experience. Very.
