::Extremely difficult to deal with, horrible customer service and VERY RACIST! Not one person offered me help in the 20 minutes i spent in their small non-air conditioned office. Terrible place to do business.

::Have had storage with this location for over 2 years. Now with Matthew Richardson as a GM, nobody answers the phones... They are forwarded to the call center, and call centers promising return phone calls when they never happen, all I am trying to do is update my info and pay my unit before its late. Can't even talk to anyone about it because the storage is a child entity that only can be accessed through the main store. Living 38 miles away... This is a headache I Don't even want to deal with anymore. Good word of advise... Don't get storage through them. At least this one. And added note... The Stupid call centers cannot do anything with a child entity unit. Either fix this or I will have no used for storage at a location where nobody answers the phone!!!
