  Waited more than 45min for anyone to come help me fill propane tank. Three workers inside and not busy at all.

  Extremely difficult to deal with, horrible customer service and VERY RACIST! Not one person offered me help in the 20 minutes i spent in their small non-air conditioned office. Terrible place to do business.

  Super easy check-in and check-out Jeremy helped me even when I brought my unit back slightly after closing time he was there to assist!! excellent good job!!!

  Have had storage with this location for over 2 years. Now with Matthew Richardson as a GM, nobody answers the phones... They are forwarded to the call center, and call centers promising return phone calls when they never happen, all I am trying to do is update my info and pay my unit before its late. Can't even talk to anyone about it because the storage is a child entity that only can be accessed through the main store. Living 38 miles away... This is a headache I Don't even want to deal with anymore. Good word of advise... Don't get storage through them. At least this one. And added note... The Stupid call centers cannot do anything with a child entity unit. Either fix this or I will have no used for storage at a location where nobody answers the phone!!!

  This place is customer friendly, if you have a question just ask them. Its also open longer than the average uhaul. If you have a problem Mathew Richardson is going to walk the talk, and will take care of you. #impressed #customerforlife
