  Find another bank Suntrust bank app keeps taking my money my money overcharging me on on bill payments And they say that app does this all the time you would think that they would have a program with no glitches I paid a bill $300 dollars next 5 days $400 Another 5 days $700 go go in the bank to get it resolved and the bank computer system was down

  Went opened a account and the man at the window told me I couldn’t deposit or cash my check because my license had expired 2 days before but due to COVID you have to set an appointment at the DMV. I DONT RECOMMEND BANKING WITH THEM ONLY ON AUSTIN PEAY. JUST RUDE

  They were the rudest, most unhelpful people I've ever dealt with. Most of the responses I got to my questions were "I don't know". Once they've got your money, they are not letting go.

  They let me open an account and I put all my money in it. Two days later they froze my account, and I cant get access to my money. I called and they wouldn't tell me why they closed my account, they said I would receive a letter in the mail in 5 days. I said what about my money? They said they would mail me a check within a month! I snapped i s as I'd I need my money now. The reps were not at all compassionate. So now I'm sitting here waiting for a letter and then my check. Don't bank with them.
