::Went opened a account and the man at the window told me I couldn’t deposit or cash my check because my license had expired 2 days before but due to COVID you have to set an appointment at the DMV. I DONT RECOMMEND BANKING WITH THEM ONLY ON AUSTIN PEAY. JUST RUDE

::They let me open an account and I put all my money in it. Two days later they froze my account, and I cant get access to my money. I called and they wouldn't tell me why they closed my account, they said I would receive a letter in the mail in 5 days. I said what about my money? They said they would mail me a check within a month! I snapped i s as I'd I need my money now. The reps were not at all compassionate. So now I'm sitting here waiting for a letter and then my check. Don't bank with them.
