Ever since Truist took over Suntrust I have had non-stop issues with their online banking, calling customer service takes two hours, and the card they issued wouldn't work for 48 hours after activation. I have never had so many issues with a bank before.

I requested some documents to be emailed to me and was told they didn't feel comfortable Verify me over the phone in order for me to receive the documents I needed. then I asked for the supervisor and was told I had a attitude because I told her that what she was afraid of disclosing I didn't need on the document and was Hung up on...customer service and trying people respectfully that isn't what this branch practice of tellers don't want to do there job and verification thats in place you ned to find a different job...this took place 10/42021 around 4pm....I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this branch....the telller didn't even know if that was something that was Urgent...sad

I help do administrative work for a non-profit and these guys are always on point! The staff are helpful and down-to-earth and make my trips there a pleasure. They do place a one- to two-day hold on some deposits of large amounts, but this is not necessarily an issue for me.

BBT arbitrarily holds funds on deposits. Good luck trying to run a small business using BBT. Today, they are holding funds on a CASH deposit made into the new "advanced" ATM. Good luck with BBT if you are running a business. What a joke.

After having multiple negative customer service experiences at the BB&T in uptown I was considering closing my account entirely. Then I visited this branch. The tellers are so wonderful and nice. It reminds me of a small town bank! The customer service at this branch caused me to stay a BB&T customer.
