  My credit card customer service cut me off four times before I could talk to somebody. Their voice recognition is very, very poor. This is the worst possible customer service when calling. It's virtually impossible to talk to somebody. They need agents not robots! Representatives are very helpful and the card is generally good, but it is almost impossible to talk to somebody.

  A hot mess of amateurs! I made an appointment on their portal, through my account, for signature verifications for a few trust transfer forms. I got a call from them 40 minutes before my appointment to let me know that they don't have the stamp required to certify the document/signature on site. The turnover at this bank of so high that no one knows how to do anything anymore.

  Finally, a Bank of America branch in uptown Charlotte where someone picks up the phone. After several failed attempts to reach a live person at the 100 N Tryon Street branch, I called this place and had an enjoyable conversation with Chuck, who was able to answer my question.

  If you are visiting the branch bank for the first time, there are only two available parking options. 1) You can park on South Tryon, right in front of the Bank of America Tower building. This is a limited time street/city parking, It is not an official parking for Bank of America. You may not be lucky in getting a vacant lot. 2) You can park at the 720 South Church Street Parking deck. This is a paid parking, and the only official parking for the Bank of America Tower. More so, there is no drivethru ATM availability. The ATM is located inside the building. The building closes at 6pm.
