  Exceptional service provided by the entire Trek Clarendon staff. Laura and Alex made my bike buying experience enjoyable, they are both brilliant. The staff is knowledgeable, energetic, and super friendly. This is without a doubt the best bike shop in Arlington.

  Large selection of bike sizes per model in-stock to test ride. Knowledgeable staff who asked the right questions and made no assumptions about customer's bicycle knowledge/experience. Price matched other Trek store selling certain models at a discount making it competitive in pricing.

  I purchased a new road bike from the Trek Clarendon team this past weekend. I then did a fitting to make sure the bike was optimized for my body and what I want to do. Client service has been awesome. I find many of the bike shops to be almost daunting to a new cyclist and it's not that way at all at this shop. They are very welcoming, informative and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Peter did my fitting and he was excellent to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this bike shop!

  From first call to purchase decision, Alex proved to be extraordinarily knowledgeable, excellent to work with (fair), and responsive to my calls. Never once did I feel pushed to buy...or even a little rushed. Rather, I felt I was dealing with a cycling enthusiast who wanted to educate and help me make the best decision possible. Likewise, after meeting Laura, I was equally impressed. Talk about a happy and grounded individual. Both Alex and Laura are great representatives for the Trek brand. I recommend you give Trek Arlington Clarendon, store manager Alex, and cycling expert Laura a chance to earn your business.

  My husband and I recently decided that Trek Bikes is the ONLY shop we will take our bikes (or our business) in the Arlington area. We appreciate that both the sales and the repair staff are friendly, helpful, and patient with all levels of bicycle knowledge. To the staff - please continue to have this attitude! It is amazing how many times my husband and I have had staff at other shops sneer at us for using an incorrect term ("clips" instead of "cleats") or scoff at our equipment (like when I took my 6-year-old's Schwinn in for repair). We are so glad not to have to put up with that type of behavior because we have found Trek Bicycle - where the staff is open and courteous to everyone.
