This is a utilitarian, mostly long-term stay, RV park that allows short-term visits of a week or less. The location offers easy BART access and has many grocery shopping options nearby including Costco, Grocery Outlet, and Trader Joe's. This central location could be used as a base to visit San Francisco or other nearby attractions. Other than the location there is nothing special about this RV park.

Great experience. Would stay there anytime we're in San Francisco. Amazing laundry facilities. Speed Queen pay for with mobile app or coins. Good size space for 29 ft long. No internet included though reason for dropping a star.

I tried reserving a trailer space for my BRAND NEW 5th wheel. Apparently rig size is a HUGE factor there. Along with all the other bad reviews that made scared to meet him in person, the manager seems very confused at what he wants in his park and what he doesn't want. Turned down our new Forest River for being too large. 41' long with slide outs?????? Very sad and disappointing when his website says "

Clean well take care of funky old old rv park located in front of a mobile home park. No amenities. Bring your own WIFI, phone and TV. Very convenient in the middle of the San Francisco peninsula, 11 miles to the Haight end of Golden Gate Park. Guy in office is from New York, talks really fast, business only. Don't expect to draw outside the lines with this guy.
