  Poor experience searching for a rv. Wasn't able to scroll down after filter via Samsung 8. They wanted my email address to communicate.

  Horrible customer service, client is asked to leave a number however never gets a call back......

  I use to love Outdoorsy easy to work with and my renters were always pretty good as well. THEN, they shorted me my payment. I questioned the amount paid and showed proof of what they said they would pay me. They told me it was an error in the system. I said they should have caught something like this before I rented the unit, not after. After I had to request the money they owed me, they agreed to pay me the difference within a few days. The money was never received. Now, they simply ignore all phone calls and emails. Just wanted to warn other RV owners of their practices. You may never get paid or they may just short you and really you have little recourse.
