We stayed 2 nights in May. Very nice RV park close to the San Jose mission. A nice secure wall around the park which is covered with thick natural vines. The RV park was well lit at night. Our pull-through section was filled with newer motorhomes and 5th-wheels. The soft water was definitely a plus. The water pressure is high so you will need a pressure regulator. You will want to follow their directions and not Google maps. You need to come in from the South on Roosevelt. We would definitely stay there again.

Owner / Manager has no manners and no concept of customer service. This place will never get my business again. I got interrogated within 5 Minutes of arriving while trying to find the rest room, like it was my fault that restroom info given at check-in was not exactly accurate. The map showed restrooms at Pool and at the Hall, but the pool restrooms where under renovation and the Hall was locked. He acted like I was an idiot because I just walked past a trailer that was label showers ( but apparently also has a toilet ) and that I did not know that the restrooms was on the side of the Hall ( and not at the entrance ). Not a good or pleasant first impression.

Wonderful! The park is just lovely. All facilities are kept wonderfully clean and there is such a "bright" look to the park Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We camp in a very small travel trailer so used the bathroom facilities and found they excellent. Before arriving I read a very bad and scary review. Have NO idea what this person was talking about.

An excellent RV park which is very handy to all attractions and the CBD. A bus stop is right out front. Staff are super helpful and provide good tourist information. The laundry is large and great and 100% working order. The amenities are very clean and plenty of hot water. The surroundings are very pleasant and the park is located along the river walk/cycle way. There is a shop at reception and they are well stocked and good prices. Recycling is done here- rare at other parks we have visited. There is a fitness and yoga centre plus a recreation hall for events. All in all just great. Oh, very friendly staff ! Highly recommend.

We stayed here Thanksgiving week from November 20 to November 25, 2017. We have a Coleman popup camper and stayed in spot 7. This was nice because it was right next to the cabin that our family was staying in, but it was also a little tight for our camper and truck once the camper was set up. They are very picky about keeping the cars off the grass and off the paved road when parked. All the camper spots are gravel and very well maintained and level. The bathrooms are nice, well kept and clean. There is a hot tub and pool that I believe is heated. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but some of the family staying there did. There is a fenced off area to let your dog play; an activity room; a fitness room; and best of all, it was right on the River Walk bike and walking trail. A short bike ride, 4 miles, puts you in the heart of San Antonio. I believe there is a leash and no barking rule and most people seemed to be very conscientious about this - except for the person staying in the cabin behind our camping spot. The put about 5 small dogs in a pet cage and set them out during the day to bark, and bark, and bark. The same dogs were also frequently let out to roam around, not too far - just around our camp site. I probably would have complained to the office, but we spent most of the time out riding bikes or on the river walk. The dogs were kept quiet at night. This campground is in town so there is traffic noise, sirens, and also trains that seemed rather loud at times. Thankfully the trains were not constant, but they did pass late at night and early mornings it seemed like. I only interacted with the office worker briefly, but she seemed very friendly and helpful and reports from other family members staying there in cabins and campers were that they were nice as well. The cabin my family stayed in looked very nice, well kept, and in good repair. Also, the neighborhood is really an industrial type setting. I didn't see a lot of people about except at the bus stop every so often. I didn't have cause to walk down the street, but I wouldn't have been afraid if the need had arose. I would recommend this campground and if I were to camp in San Antonio again I would probably stay there.
