  I have lived in this RV park for 10 months now and have no complaints...very quiet with a country setting

  This place is not somewhere I could say is upscale or even eye appealing. Summer the manager is rude and disrespectful. The residents there are nice and friendly and Rose the assistant is as sweet as they come. If you are on a budget and just need a place to stay then you might consider it. Don't expect anything more than a dirt road and a some semi-manicured grass to park your RV on.

  What a dump! I can’t find a single good think to say about this place! Streets are full of pot-holes, sites are not level and there is garbage everywhere (even a rotting, dead cat). Bathrooms are iffy, it’s bring your own toilet paper! Full of trashy trailers!
