  Five stars because this is a great option for those who need a room for a week or more. It isn't the Ritz, but the owners (live on site) do their best to keep it clean and in good repair. Very reasonable rates, especially if you pay weekly or monthly, pet friendly, easy freeway access, close to the beach. Right on a major street so there's always traffic noise, and the parking lot is usually full by 8pm, but considering how inexpensive this place is those aren't a big deal. Recommended for "extended stay" travelers on a budget.

  This is a down home old school beach motel.

  Very dated dirty place ,,good luck finding parking ,,not a safe area shady tenants vertical very small rooms
