Staff was great and they had a good breakfast. The Room was gross. The bed springs were shot and getting a good night's sleep was out of the question because of that. The blanket on the bed had a cigarette burn completely through it and I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs. Not a good price for the place.

The queen bed was perfect. We fit perfectly in it. And great that it has is own microwave and fridge to store. Good place and location! Although I forgot my pijama top in the room 😰

The hotel staff was super nice. The hotel it’s self was discussing. Hair chunks in pillow cases, when I first went to the restroom there were pubes on the toilet seat, the floors were so dirty it made my white socks so black, and it felt like sand was in the bed sheets, baseboards and walls were dirty. We moved hotels/ location due to the dirtyness of the hotel. Pictures and description online are not what it’s made out to be...Like the rooms & breakfast. Best thing about it was the location to the beach! It’s a pretty close driving distance. This was the San Diego redroof inn

I stayed here because I only stay at 4+ reviewed places (which this place is on Trip Advisor), but I don't get how this place got that high. Tiny rooms, facing loud parking lot. Thin walls. I room is an old hotel room recycled. Hard boiled eggs, waffles, etc, very crowded, and I was told that is normal there. Location is good, 5-10 min drive to Pacific Beach. Fast food and other restaurants close by.. Parking lot is small, you'll be on street if you come later, but eh, it's San Diego.
