  I'm EXTREMELY SAD this place is closing! I now have children of my own and they love going here and playing and looking at all the cool toys. It's sad that everything seems to be closing due to online shopping... just to save a couple bucks.

  Selection limited, store is closing soon. Expected better deals, because store is closing soon, and was a bit disappointed. Staff was helpful when asked, but otherwise not overly friendly. Found a few pretty good deals, but not anything crazy. Electronics area has some very cleared out aisles.

  A mess. I know they are closing, but a little interaction with customers instead of your coworkers goes a long way. Walked out disappointed with my visit. Chose not to get anything. And they wonder why they are closing...

  I will be sad to see them go. The managers there that I have met have all been attentive to needs and quick to help. They do price matches and will not be around or have much in stock for very long. Thank you for the memories toys r us!

  Only place on the east side that I could find the Nerf guns I needed. I called up, the employee pulled them off the shelf right away, I had them in my hand an hour later. Good service, fantastic selection, and pretty central to everywhere. It's easy to get to and has a large parking lot. We've been here on multiple occasions and only once have they been sold out of what we came for (it was those fingerling monkeys at Christmas, and NO PLACE had them).
