  I just walked out after waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me! There were 4 employees in the store and only one was working the service desk . He called for assistance but no one responded. I guess they dont need the business .

  Scott was helpful with a somewhat difficult order. He was great but the store has a weird system of using computers in separate places to handle payments vs orders, etc. This makes transactions take longer than necessary.

  This is the only office supply type store I frequent. Employees are always readily available if i need help or have any questions. The copy/fax area is sticked with scissors, white-out etc. Anytime Ive made copies etc. I've had no issues and got in and out quickly. As far as prices go, they may not be the least expensive, but I know if there's ever an issue I can return item no questions asked!

  Prices are pretty high compared to other retailers but they have a lot better selection.
