  Reserved room for 2 nights online. Paid quickly and rushed to room to shower and sleep. Felt more like a low income apartment with kids running all over, man working on his van child stomping on floor above us. No door on odd room (possibly prior kitchenette) so no way to get darkness during sun up hours. Bathroom sink and mirror a dozen (dead) bugs and door not closeable! Felt so unclean we kept bags in car for fear of contamination (bugs). No batteries in remote, no phone in room.

  Dirty, even though they got a new sign the rooms are still dated and comforters stained and floors haven't been mopped since they had to mop them most likely when the last person was shot or stabbed in there and they had to clean up the blood real quick to rent the room again . Smh and just plain rude if you are 10 mins past check out and even if you are stuck in traffic on your way back to pay them only for them to stand at your door and kick my terminally ill bed ridden husband out with all of our belongings... They should be ashamed!

  Pretty shady area. People had big dogs in their rooms and the place smelled of weed. I felt like someone was gonna rob stuff out of my car and the curatins didn't reasure me that no one would look inside. The room and management were great. Like all motels though, the pillows sucked. But trust that the management will be nice and welcoming; just don't trust that the area will be comfortable to be in.

  Would have been better without the meth smokers in the parking lot!

  W.Capitol is and has always been somewhat sketchy overall. However, the manager "Dex", his wife and always respectful, helpful children work 24hrs daily to maintain what has true potential of becoming the diamond in the ruff, Townhouse Motel. Having remodeled rooms which at a quick glance look very nice, especially for the location and affordable price but after staying consecutively for more than a couple nights there are for the most part some simple maintenance issues, touch ups here and there and a regularly employed pest company couldn't whip this motel right in to shape. The Crest behind it can be pretty entertaining. I give it a stamp of.approval, especially after staying at a few motels on this interesting strip here in W.Sac called W.Cap!
