::Centrally located, new hotel, great amenities, great restaurants. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Only bad part was that the check in was excruciating... I arrived at 430 and my room wasn't ready... They kept telling me "one more hour, one more hour" and I didn't check in until after dinner (9 PM or so). Other than that, this is the best hotel in Sacramento

::Absolutely the best staff I’ve ever met. Everyone went out of their way to say hello, carry on a conversation with my friend and I, and personally provide assistance. Our front desk guy (Marion?) was exceptionally nice. Joshua brought our bags up to our room and was so personable too. Chris the security guard was so helpful in giving us good advice, and our girl who cleaned our room... fabulous! (I didn’t catch her name though!) She even left us cute notes and knocked every morning to get the scoop on what we did the day before. My colleague and I came for a conference and left feeling like celebrities. Not only will you come and stay in a wonderfully clean and modern environment, you’ll aslo be treated with amazing hospitality and care. If I could give more stars than just five, I would. Thank you! I will surely be referring this hotel to everyone I know, and I’m looking forward to staying again very soon.

::Very clean and modern hotel. Many great facilities like a gym and restaurant. However, it was difficult to get a simple cup of tea, unless I ordered room service. If you are the happy hour kind of person then this is the place for you. I’d say have an area with coffee and tea for your guests. That would be a big plus. There is tea and coffee in the morning in the continental breakfast room, but that’s only available in the morning. The staff is friendly for most part.

::Beautiful hotel. Treated so well at check in by Alonzo. He made me feel right at home- and was so professional and personable. It was a busy time with the wine event but Alonzo was awesome! My room was spacious and clean. The lobby is so pretty. Can’t wait for Echo and Rig to open- definitely will be back.
