  Lobby was beautiful. Had a lunch for Junior League and the view was incredible. Staff was friendly and responsive. The lemon bars were so good I put two in my purse to bring home.

  The location is right next to a Starbucks if you like coffee in the morning. The rooms have been remodeled and look really nice. I had a room where you could see the State Capital Building. It is just a walk away where you can witness so much history. The service is really nice and the food was great.

  This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at!. We travel all the time for business and stay at higher end hotels so we figured we would try this one out. If you are planning on getting a good night sleep this is not the hotel for you. After a long day with family we checked into the hotel around 11:30 only to get a room at the end of the hall right by the side of the hotel the noise coming from outside kept my family awake all night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next door. I called down to the front desk around 1 am to let them know about the noise and was told there was nothing they could do about it. When we check out I let the manager at the front desk know about what had happened that night she let me know since I booked it though an outside site there was nothing she could do. So long story but we won’t stay here every again and if you have children you might want to think about staying some place other than this hotel.

  Great ammenities while we were here for an annual banquet. Service staff is nice, attentive and delicious food. Never an issue when we come here and clean restrooms are a plus. Space is great for large company parties as they accommodate and decorate and allow for special functions. I would say the hall speaker system could be updated as the volume was low and somewhat muffled.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Always one of my favorite places. They've got great eats in the bar and very close to shops and restaurants downtown and is right next to Sacramento California State Capitol. I stay here every year for the disaster conference
