  I've been using this dry cleaner for many years - always friendly, efficient service! They also do alterations and make keys.

  I go there to get my keys made and they're legit, quick and cheaper than anywhere else.

  I have been going here about 3 months and I have to say I enjoy the service Nick provides. I talked to him about some stains and he was able to get them out. I also once was so absent minded that I paid for my clothes and left without them. He chased my down the street to get them back to me. The prices aren't the cheapest, but reasonable and your clothes get clean. I plan on continually coming back here

  Great customer service here. I had a small issue recently - one of my shirts didn't make it in the same-day turnaround when I came in for my pickup around 5pm. They were quick to apologize and take ownership of the problem. I think the owner actually drove out to the main facility to pick it up that night (?!) and to make sure it was there for me first thing the next morning. And after all that, he then insisted that I not pay for that order! I think he over-corrected a bit, but Tower Cleaners has my vote, and my business.

  Always high quality dry cleaning and always in time. One time a button fell off of a shirt during dry cleaning. I didn't notice for nearly a month. When I did notice, I brought the shirt back and he sewed it back on and apologized. Besides that, I've never had a problem over the past year I've been using this dry cleaner
