::I have been going to this place for my weekly laundry every Saturday. They are amply equipped, sufficiently staffed, and their waiting area is comfortable and spacious.

::I have only tried their service for the first time last weekend. I had so much laundry to do since I replaced the curtains and the sheets plus the week's clothes. I'm glad there were enough machines so it didn't take me long.

::Bye bye - its been a great 13 years. Extremely rude and unhelpful employee . I’ve had great dropoff service here in the past but not today when I tried to get a big wool blanket cleaned. I understand that they may be unable to help me - but to be rude and unpleasant is not called for. Common courtesy goes a long way and I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

::Horrible experience. The stupid woman up front refused to let me use their bathroom. I even offered to pay her $10 which is more than most of her customers spend. No class, poor business etiquette, I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

::As is USUAL with these types of places, the HOT water selection is NOT always HOT. The very first machine I tried, #1, issued LUKEWARM water for "HOT"! The second one I tried, #11, had steam coming of the water but was NOT as steaming hot as was #12. I don't know if the variability of heat is affected by use but it is the laundromat's RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that whoever pays for HOT water in their wash GETS HOT water! I have requested a refund which I am awaiting a response about but I would still rate THIS place as the BEST of the DC laundromats ( at least that I have been to). The only other negative comment I have about it is the notice of the sign that "management reserves the 'RIGHT' to REFUSE service for ANY reason." NOT according to the DC Human Rights Act of 1977!
