I have avoided this Place for months due to one sale person that works here . She never says hello or ask if I’m doing okay . Note : I worked in retail for over 9 years , I’m aware how your suppose to treat customers. I’m a customer who doesn’t need help often , however she has zero customer service skills it was me and one other customer in the store today NOTHING I was going buy a few items but decided to just leave , this is not the the first time this has happen . I moved to the area 3 years ago, I went to this location multiple times a month , the staff was so Helpful , store was clean and stocked . The last past 6 months I have avoided this place due to this particular sales person . I usually always go in on a Friday early afternoon , the noone ever speaks!! This location is 5 mins away from my house , but I go To the one In Jersey Gardens now * they don’t have unprofessional staff* I would like to shout out Rehoboth Beach DE Torrid location , I went on Black Friday 2017 helpful as can be !!! Will never shop at This location again , unless they get rid of that women . I believe she does stock , RUDE !! I will also be contacting Torrid Customer service department enough is enough !!

I went into the store the other day to return an item. I went inside, said hello to the two associates there and they both ignored me. If you hear someone walk into your store, walks up to you with a store bag, and says hello, you acknowledge them, right? I saw that they were busy putting tags on clothes, but that doesn't mean that you ignore other aspects of your work, like the customer. I've been in retail for a long time, you don't have to worship or kiss a customer's ass to do good customer service, but some sort of acknowledgement would be nice. And when they finally did help me, they seemed so put out by the whole thing, lots of huffing and puffing like they were inconvenienced. Thanks for making the customer feel welcome.
