  Burlington coat factory located at 415 rout 3 east Clinton nj located in front of barns and nobles is the worst store that you can visit. I went there to buy some clothing for my daughter and spend @300 dollar. The cashier forgot to remove the alarm from two of the items. I went back to the store without my receipt and asked in customer service to get remove the alarms. The employee refused to remove it by telling me that I need my receipt. I gave her my phone number, email address and the credit card that I used to pay! Not even like that they found me in their systems. I requested to speak with the supervisor and she also refused to help me with my request. She told me that I had 2 options 1 to leave the items at the store or take them with me with the alarms. I told her that those were my items, i paid for them that I was taking them with me. I walked out of the store with my two items and the alarms didn't even ring. I recommend everyone not to go there because you spend your money and at the end when they make mistakes they are not willing to help you.

  Nice addition to the shopping choices in the area. Good amount of parking. Nice clean organized store. Large variety of clothing, kids, women's and man's. A lot accessories. The home decor, kitchen and bath sections are full of good price items. Over all it was a good shopping experience. Good location right of the highway.

  This place is very clean with the employees being very respectful to me when asking for directions for items that I am looking for. The deals are very great for a rush of a item when needed. Would come again. *thumbs up*

  Was surprised how poorly stocked and organized for a new store. (Clifton). I decided that it was better to shop in my own closet for now. Will probably try again, but have no inventive to go right away. I know they can do better as I've been in their other stores.
