  Just lost my business. Short Hispanic female with glasses has the worst attitude. She did not give me my receipt and when I went back to ask for it she tells me she gave it to me with the credit card receipt. I explained I didn't get that one either. She walks away throwing her hand up in the air and states "whatever". Would i have drove back 30 minutes in Houston traffic for it if I had gotten it! Not the 1st time disrespectful attitude from her, but will be the last!

  Wide variety of products, both new and used. Good prices from what I saw, and they buy surplus military gear.

  I bought a new gun holster and bug out bag. They have such good quality items for sale. The staff was really nice except for one store employee who thought I was going to steal something. He kept following me around while I was shopping. I ended up spending $130 bucks. Maybe because I'm a latino man with tattoos and a nose piercing. I might go back just because of the variety of products. They would have got 5 stars if not for the guy thinking I was there to steal

  The store has great merchandise and lots of variety. UNFORTUNATELY the Southwest Freeway Store has employees that are disrespectful and treat you with sarcasm and superiority. They only care about the sale and not the costumer's concerns. I will not shop here again. You can find the same merchandise at other establishments without the attitude and disrespect.

  They only have EVERYTHING!!!......Guys they got ALL the coolest gear, glasses,clothes and for the lady's too. I'm spending my income tax here!! Knives ,biker masks, art, tactical equipment, self defense items. NAME IT!
