  This little store offers lots of great things! I've found the ladies' clothing selection to be high-quality, diverse, and affordable. They also have menswear, jewelry, shoes, and other accessories.

  When I need a last minute accessories like sunglasses or need some fresh and trendy clothing to update my wardrobe, El Bambi will be the clothing shop to fulfill all that. El Bambi has only opened almost a month and it's slowly getting attention from the local neighborhood here in the Heights. The owners have great eyes on buying what would look great for men, women, and children here in Houston because let's face it, certain trend on the West coast or East coast doesn't translate well here to the 3rd coast. The space overall is a bit small but the way El Bambi utilize the space is able to fit a lot of clothing, accessories, and even two changing rooms into the shop. The women's clothing are on the left side of the shop and the men's are on the right with children in the middle. There's also a display case of fashion jewelry for the ladies along with two drawers of more accessories and berets. Yes, you can buy yourself a variety of colorful berets that look great on both men and women. On the guy's side, the racks are separated by the type of clothing, one is pretty much winter clothing with coats, jackets, long sleeves heavy material to keep yourself warm. Then there's a rack of collar shirts of all kinds. There's also a rack of t-shirts that's pretty much color coded. Lastly, there's also a rack of collar short sleeves shirt for you men to go through to find the right summer look. Unfortunately I can't comment on the selection of women and children clothing because I didn't go through it but the men's selection is definitely top notch. Every visit I have been to so far I have come out with at least 1 item. There was one time where I first went to another used clothing store on Westheimer and I could not find an aviator style sunglasses that fits my head and looks good on me. I have contacted El Bambi to see if they have any and the owner Emily send me a photo of it with her trying it on to show me what it looks like. As soon as I saw it, I quick head to El Bambi to pick it up because I need it for an upcoming trip and let's face it, sometimes you just want to look really good for your trip. And the price of the sunglasses was even cheaper than the other place I visited earlier. This was definitely a lifesaver moment. I can only see El Bambi gets more popular as soon as more people know about it and stop by to see the items in the shop themselves. The owner is professional and very courteous, she is able to go help me as much as possible in regards accessorize on things I didn't even think it would look good on me. Do yourself a favor and definitely see El Bambi with your own eyes and be amazed at the selection of clothing there.
