::FOOD ALLERGIES NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY. Couldn't have been clearer that two at our table can't eat gluten (Celiacs Disease) and we checked all options with the waiter before ordering. Our food arrived with non gluten free sauce. The waiter didn't understand the importance and didn't really help to ensure the food served was correct. It's not a surprise after speaking with the manager. His response was that the restaurant couldn't garentee dietary requirements (?!?) and sorry for the inconvenience. I have never been to a restaurant before that describes serving food that could hospitalise you as an inconvience. Much training required as an inconvience is receiving the wrong drink/ dish, not receiving poisonous food. Very disappointing!

::Having been here a million times, I can vouch that the food is excellent. Pretty much most things I've tried have been great. Don't forget to try crispy rice tuna as well as mushroom. The service is impeccable - they really take care of you and are never annoying or uptight. It's a trendy spot with a great people-watch ambiance. The decor is pretty and there is ample parking in the outside American Mall parking lot. Reservations for weekends should be made in advance as the place tends to get very busy on Thursdays through Saturdays. Sundays are less busy. Two thumbs up!

::The food is great. I am a regular customer. I would recommend the edamame dumplings. The Kobe beef on a hot stone is a way to experience customization. It allows your dining experience to be better by providing food and entertainment.
